Contacted A1, Nick came out within a week and repaired the foundation crack in 3 hours. We just had a bad storm over the weekend. I checked the basement and the basement was dry! If you have a foundation leak Nick was on time and was vey professional in all aspects of the job.

Nick was professional and thorough, plus he took his time to explain things to me in a way that as a non-industry person, I could understand. His work was outstanding and he was exceptionally responsive in coordinating our appointment. My highest recommendation for professionalism and a job well done.

Nick fixed a crack about 3 weeks ago and it didn't leak during the heavy rains. He took the time to show me where other potential leaks could occur and sure enough another pre-existing leak appeared. He responded immediately to my text and was out in a few days. Great guy. Great company. With a lifetime warranty I couldn't be happier.

Work was wonderful. I had a small crack in my basement wall that started to leak. I called and was able to speak with the owner directly. It was great at how he answered my questions and was willing to work with my crazy schedule. I was able to send pictures after hours and he responded at 8:30 in the evening. This is usually not the case. The professionalism and work was outstanding. The next day it rained and he called me to make sure there was no problems with the work. The price was very reasonable and I wasn't charging for things that didn't need to be done. I would highly suggest to anyone needing a repair to call A1 Crack Repair.

Cost was very competitive. Nick showed up on time and did not leave a mess. He fixed a leak through a crack inthe wall & another where the well line enters the house. He patiently answered my many questions and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of his business. Very happy with the work & would recommend him without reservations.

I have had a small leak in my unfinished basement for years. I never bothered to have it fixed because I assumed that every contractor would try to sell me on a costly repair.

I finally decided to get it fixed and ended up going with these guys. Nicholas was responsive, honest, professional, and not costly. When his repair didn't hold after a strong rain storm, he was back at my house within 48 hours to improve the patch. I haven't had a leak since and would strongly recommend him.

After considering several other company quotes, A1 Crack Repair was by far the most reasonable cost. Work was completed successfully with follow up that was above and beyond expectations.

Nick came out and fixed 2 cracks in my basement wall. One crack was straight-forward and nothing out of the ordinary. The other crack was a monster. (It was large and he had to deal with an inadequate fix done by someone else and obstacles that included plumbing, framing, and electrical wiring.) He didn't get it to stop leaking the first time around, but he kept at it and got the crack to stop leaking. I highly recommend him as he stands by his work and is willing to keep at it until the problem is fixed.

When I found some water leak from the previous repair work done by this company several years ago, I contacted the owner, and without the hesitation, he came to our house to correct the problem to honor his business lifetime warranty. Definately worth consider doing business with this company!

Nick came to our house and was amazing. We had some hairline cracks in our foundation and he immediately put our fears to rest. He did a thorough inspection and patiently explained why it was a simple fix. Nick was super easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. Called Steve and he came out to quote the same day. He repaired the cracks in my foundation the next week as I needed this repair as I was selling my house. After repair a structural engineer came out to sign off on his work. A-1 crack repair was very knowledgeable, very reasonable in price and promptly on time. Got me out of a crack if you know what I mean.

Wow! Amazing encounter with Steve. I got nervous about foundation repair because they have the reputation of being expensive. I took pictures of the foundation crack and sent it to steve late in the afternoon. Essentially at the close of business. He called me later that night. Explained a solution to remedy the problem that I can do myself. He also explained that if he did need to come out in the future roughly how much it could cost. His fees are definitely affordable. Steve I greatly appreciate you! Need more home improvement people in the world like Steve that want to help people not rob them.

Steve solved a leaking problem another contractor failed to fixed. He is an expert not only in waterproofing, but in anything foundation related. Definitely recommended!

Called about a crack in my block foundation and instead of charging me to fix it he told me how to on my own by diverting the water away and stated if that didn't work to call him and he would come and fix the crack completely but that he was confident he would never hear from me again about this. I recently found A1 Crack Repair while doing an internet search on foundation repair companies. It was a lucky (and money-saving) search hit.



I talked with Steve personally (called his cell which was posted on the website) twice in the same day. Sent him pictures of my foundation issues (some cracks which appeared after the 2016 snow storm).



Steve was pretty frank about the repairs that needed to be made and, though he quoted me a price for completing the repairs himself, he advised me of a very viable DIY option that saved me a good chunk of change.



After all this transpired, here I am on Facebook having found this page.



Reading the reviews, I can say they mirror my positive experience. I guess I was lucky in my search. I'd recommend anyone in need of foundation repairs (or any of the services offered on the A1 site) give Steve a call.

After the epic rainstorm that hit Ellicott City and Catonsville in 2016, I noticed that I had what appeared to be pretty severe damage to the outside wall to my basement entrance. I did not know what to do, so I read some reviews on Facebook about this company and have them a call. Steve, the owner, was incredibly nice and full of knowledge. I described my problem to him and he then asked for me to send him some pictures. Now, here is the thing, he could have easily told me this would be an expensive repair and that it would need to be done within a certain amount of time etc... Instead, this guy told me that what I thought was devastating damage just needed some repair and he thought I could do it myself. He them proceeds to tell me what materials to purchase, where to purchase them and what to do to repair and even said to call him while I was buying the materials and if I needed help! Unheard of, honesty in business. As it turns out, thanks to Steve I just need to do some repairs, but if I ever need his services or someone else asks me... He will be the only person I use. What an amazing impression he has made. Thanks again Steve! I highly recommend A1 Crack Repair for any issues you may have with your foundation, basements or concerns you may have. Steve came out this morning to fix a crack in my foundation. He was very friendly and a pleasure to be around. His prices were very affordable. I intend to use him if we ever have another problem!

Steve was awesome tenacious it took him coming out to me on 3 different times to find the exact area of the leak. He was very prompt and reliable even came on Christmas Eve. I wish I dealt with more companies and people like this I was very impressed.

I had a non-structural crack in my poured foundation wall. Got the hydrofoam injection which took about 40 minutes. He was efficient, personable and extremely knowledgable about conrete and different products out there. Bes tof all, is he wasn't a salesman. A1 also has the best prices out there bar none! I will definitely be recommending these guys to all my friends when need a repair.
